Please call or message us as early as possible, quoting your booking reference. We will offer another available time.
Cancelling
You can cancel a request or a confirmed appointment at any time by phone or WhatsApp.
Ceremonies
For homams and other ceremonies, materials may be purchased and priests arranged in advance. Any charges for late cancellation of a ceremony will be explained and agreed when it is confirmed.
If we need to reschedule
Occasionally we may need to move an appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to agree a new time.
