When you request an appointment we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, the service, consultation type, preferred date and time, preferred language and any note you choose to write. We record the date you agreed to be contacted.
Birth details and personal matters shared during a consultation are used only to provide that consultation.
How we use it
- To contact you about your appointment by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prepare for and deliver the consultation or ceremony.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. This website does not collect payments.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website's database, which only the business administrator can access. Technical logs may record the date and time of requests but not the content of your note.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your appointment information at any time by calling or messaging the number on the Contact page.
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie needed for forms to work securely and a cookie that remembers your language. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
